Brad is the owner and founder of Vision Home Inspections. As both a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and Team Lead, Brad plays an active role in everything from on-site inspections to the behind the scenes work that keeps the company running smoothly.

Since starting Vision Home Inspections, Brad has focused on creating an inspection experience that is thorough, transparent, and easy to understand for clients of all experience levels. While he manages the day-to-day operations of the company, he still stays closely involved with inspections and supporting the team.

Off the job site, Brad is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, snowboarding, dirt biking, and spending time with his friends and family!

Adam joined Vision Home Inspections in 2024 and quickly became a key member of the team. As our Field Lead and Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), Adam plays an important role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect on-site.

With hundreds of inspections under his belt, Adam is known for being thorough, easy to work with, and great to his clients. His attention to detail and friendly approach has helped him earn consistent 5-star reviews from both homebuyers and real estate professionals.

Outside of inspections, Adam is a family man and a sport fanatic to the core and will gladly go head-to-head in any sport related debate!

Steve brings more than two decades of hands-on experience to the team! Earlier in his career, Steve founded and operated a successful foundation and waterproofing company for over 20 years, where he developed extensive expertise diagnosing structural, drainage, and moisture-related issues in residential homes.

Steve holds the designation of Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and is also an accredited home inspector. His combination of technical knowledge with real-world construction experience, adds even more depth to the inspections our clients rely on.
